This video made the install super easy, 10/10 recommend. What I did differently was I bought velcro that can support up to 2lb and used that instead of the provided 3m tape. You can adjust placement at any time and for the rear ones you can just stick the stiff side of the velcro to the light and it will stick wherever you want on the underside of the chair without glue. Holds super tight and you can adjust easily.

its funny because i was the same, but i have found myself never turning it off lol. its very subtle it stands out and sets off perfectly IMO

Awesome video and install. I'm thinking about doing the same with mine. It would be cool if it turned on when the door opens and fades out with the rest of the interior lights
That would be badass. Could be done honestly. Would just have to fine the door switch relay and pull trigger from that
How have these held up for you? Easy to change colors? Easy to turn on?
One person said they flash when the car turns on at first.
I saw they have a slightly more expensive version with more features and colors too.
so i have left them red since install. they still work perfect no issues at all. eys wehn you start them they cycle red green blue over like a 2 second span then they go to whatever color you ahve them set at and stay that way until next time you turn it on. are they perfect? no. Are they a great product on the cheap? yes.

Awesome install vid! However I'm going to research, I'd like to know how to tap in to power "without" that button. Have lights auto come on when the headlamps illuminate.

Great video! I have the same car and purchased the same LED kit. Can you recommend something to stick the LED strips on the rear seats? I tried to stick them on the fabric but they fell down 😢
Honestly I used a dab of super glue and just stuck them up there. Another option would be to glue the hook side of Velcro to the led then Velcro it to the carver bottom of the seat

Great vid! Questions for ya, the bottom of the passenger seat is a bit different than the drivers. How did you route the cable so it didn't get caught up on the track
I ran it the same way out of the console. It was extremely tight but I pushed it up over the track between it and the seat in front of the seat retraction thingy 🤣 like stupid tight but it fit and cleared
@@Flatline_WRX Gotcha! worked for me as well. I ended up taking off that plastic cover on the slider and was able to route it underneath. Thanks again man for the tutorial, solid install, super cheap but def a nice little mod 👍
