Yo bro, I just finished my set up because of ur video. Sht was so easy because of you. THANK YOU. I've been putting it off for weeks cause I thought it was gonna be hard af. Wasn't at all. Only recommendation to anyone trying this is that it's better to start with a drill bit bigger than you expect. Getting the light through a too tight of hole was much easier than getting it back out to make room for a second one to go through. Again thanks!!
Just personal preference but I would rather chop the cigarette lighter plug off and route the wires directly to the fuse box for power. Seems easier than having to modify a center console box. Looks good though!
Disclaimer: Before you begin the installment, check and plug the device to a 12V and make sure it works. (Govee App) The Govee lights come with an app companion called, "Govee Home" allowing you to connect with the lights via bluetooth. In Govee home you're going to add a device, this specific device is called (H6119), once added you can begin to control and customize the lights. Like, Comment and Subscribe. Goodluck!
The current build in the video, lights turn on when the car turns on. The 12V plug is always connected and shuts off the lights when the vehicle turns off.
