Quick question, Trent…I’m a BDR and I’m both #1 in call volume and demos set since going live in early August. But I’m 1 of 4 BDRs on accounts that are really tough on thr AEs. Think limited use case and compliance restrictions, so my AE is not converting any of my demos to sales, which is both destroying my commissions and Sr. BDR promotion prospects. Would you recommend I look to jump ship or stick it out?

I respect your hustle, using "accounts that are really tough on thr AEs" is a cop out/excuse, even if it is true. You must find a way to create more value, set meetings that are so good they want to work with that prospect

@@CookInTech84 Thank you very much for this advice, mah man! I totally agree with taking emotion out of the equation. Our AEs focus mainly on outbound leads and a few inbound leads, anything that we BDRs pass along to them that are qualified. I am going to review this with my boss next Thur b/c he always says I'm doing a great job but it's not good if my efforts are in vain.
