Can you recommend a podcast where you have interviewed someone from medical billing industry?
Are you opposed to the idea of changing your phrase of getting them to let their guard down to say instead getting them to open up to a discussion? A guard let down isn't removed. That person is still defensive.
The issue isn't the person; the issue is the issue.
Unless it’s integrity selling (which shouldn’t require training)the sales training company that teaches people how to manipulate no doubt is manipulating its customers also.
