  • Another good way to use bar charts is with repeated measures. If we measure the same people multiple times we can see whether their average scores gradually increased over time, decreased over time, stayed the same, or perhaps started low then got high. We can see those patterns with a bar chart. In this example we're going to graph the level of participation across three trials in the Clickers.SAV data set.

    hello. what do i have to change/add if every one of my measurements has two or more variables to consider? For my example: i have reapplied a test to my group which has two outcomes: TIME and MISTAKES MADE. now i would need a graph of these multiple measurements which has both these values in each retest bar. Help? Thanks!

    No matter how much i hoover above the Y-axis, i don't get the plus sign. Instead I get the little round sign with a stripe through it. Any sollutions?

      Hmmm...obviously something is wrong, just wish that I knew what it was. Sometimes you have to click on the object to select it so the options become available. Best I can do in the comments section. Good luck.

    I can’t apply “round of group interaction” what should i do?

      That is difficult to answer because I can't diagnose the problem the way I would in a classroom. You might try restarting SPSS and then walking through the steps again to make sure you did not inadvertently miss something. Best I can do in the comments section...good luck!
