It's a nice piece for people who don't have any Driftmelds yet or are crazy enough to play SnS (Skyward Striker boosts its biggest hits), but if you can Driftmeld a point of Ice Attack onto either the Legiana waist or the Barioth gloves, you can swap out the Barioth chest for the Kushala one while still keeping Ice Attack 5. Partbreaker will help in many fights (since partbreaks cause flinches), and Health Boost will give you a little extra breathing room against Zinogre and the subspecies, who are all - save Pink Rathian - weak to Ice.
I hunted day and night during the last event. From 0 to 9.5. Now waiting for the next event to finish it up. - keep it up. Totally worth it! One bow to rule them all
Amazing videos lately and very informative. I just finalized elder dragon to get the best time i could and my group did it in 7 sec. I don't know if that was a glitch or bug but felt way too quick. My 2nd fastest time was 25sec. 😊

If F2Per's want to give the heat and make fun of spenders or play a moral compass, then they better be prepared to receive fire back for how ungrateful they are that they shame the players who literally help keep the game alive.
I was thinking that for a driftsmelted dual blade could be coral pukei helm, kushla mail, coil, and greaves, and barioth vambraces, with 2 burst and 3 ice attack. I have a question is burst or wex better for dual blades?
So recently I managed to get a Critical Eye meld onto both my Barioth arms and Legiana waist, allowing me to have Critical Eye 2 while also having Weakness Exploit 2, Element Attack 5 and Kushala Frostwind 1. I ran the numbers on what would happen if I got an Ice Attack on one of those pieces, and then swapped in Odogaron chest and Kulu legs. And it turns out that with a 9.5 Legiana weapon, Ice Attack 5/Critical Eye 5/Weakness Exploit 2 is exactly equal to my current build of Ice Attack 5/Critical Eye 2/Weakness Exploit 2/Frostwind 1: 3100. At 10.5, having the 3 extra Critical Eye over Kushala Frostwind does win out...but by TWO POINTS. The option I'm probably going to go with will be Ice Attack 5/Critical Eye 3/Weakness Exploit 2/Frostwind 1, which beats out the max Critical Eye build I can make by around 1% at both 9.5 and 10.5. Again, not a huge difference, but I'm a bit of a min-maxer.
I'm a bit of a min-maxer too especially when it comes to exclusive weapons like Blos and Kushala Bows. The Kushala gear is amazing because it means elders have 3 skills. Depending on what it is sacrificing a little bit of damage for one or two effective skills is totally worth it. Sadly not in the case for melee RIP.
I cant wait to see the theory crafting on Frostwind 3 with Ice Ele 5 driftsmelted in. Thats 625 ice damage from skills alone. Wonder if that absurd grind for mats would be worth it
Ermm....thats a good question. I would keep them at G7.5. If your a DB main the hooks would probably be your best bet. But the diablos DB's or Black Diablos DBs are something worth looking into.
What tool are you using for spec comparison? Trying to make a non-elemental GS build and wondering if it would be any good. GS is my secondary and would prefer to focus on one build even if i loose few %. Focus 3, WEX 5, Crit Eye 4, Crit Boost 2.
How’s your Horn drop rates? I’ve had 3 out of 26 hunts. So about 11%. I was wondering if it would be a bit higher than the other rarity 6 drop rates, but I’m assuming I’m having a bit of luck with mine.
Also, people paying for the game (I have) doesn’t justify the game being predatory. Just as it doesn’t justify punishing rural players for playing the game properly (exploring diverse environments)
How? You have FREE ELDER DRAGON INTERCEPTIONS/HATs every 3 hours and you can beat as many monsters as you want. There's nothing to roll that would give you an obscenely overpowered weapon or character like gacha games. It just makes your game faster. There's no loot boxes. You can factually get everything you need from the game outside of specific layered armor for FREE. THERES A EVEN A FREE TRACK TO THE BATTLE PASS. You get 5 free First Aid Meds a day. You can stack up to 10 and have 15 if you have 5 queued. The game rewards you for getting better, working, harder and putting effort. Instead of super predatory games which wave a super unit or super weapon around you as a carrot that you HAVE TO ROLL AND BUY. You can get the current most powerful weapon Black Diablos Bow for FREE. I've played multiple gachas and I've played Pogo Hardcore for 7 years. This game is the LEAST PREDATORY I've ever played or seen at all.
Kushala would take the cake. I mean if your gonna invest in it anyways mine as well go for it. More skills isn't bad at all. But if you don't want to Kulu is fine.
Honestly, it depends on the battle. 20% is better but you have to hit weakspots. Most should already have Kulu helm built because of the early game requirement. Its really up to you, but G8 is still preferred because you unlock the Driftsmelt slot as well.
im using tzikuyaku DB, and i just go for the front legs right away. once daora hits 50%, time your special right before it does the raidwide attack, if you dont have time to dodge.
@@KINGOFCHARMANDERS the regular time for hunts at RT 5 gives maximum 450 +30% with burst 5 I have latent power on the deviljho grieve...the build I have is rising tide 5 with jagras waist and chest burst with deviljho dB zinogre helm and rathian arms... I procked burst 3 times during kushala raid...

I finally got my black diablos bow to grade 4

Burst will do. But sadly artillery won't do much because it only applies to Phial damage. I wish it was all damage it would make the CB so OP!

When it comes to element. Crit is king because it applies to both raw and elemental. Burst only applies to raw.
I use burst and crit for my Dual-Blade build I think crit is king tho

Ermm....thats a good question. I would keep them at G7.5. If your a DB main the hooks would probably be your best bet. But the diablos DB's or Black Diablos DBs are something worth looking into.

Artillery won’t do much for CB sadly. If it was ALL damage yep but only phial damage isn’t great.

You can..But the Coil would probably be best because of WEX 1. But you can use the chest for Frostwind 2 as well.

One thing that make me down is, i need zinogre bow or lbg for fight kushala...😭 Using db fight kushala really hard. Make me die more than 1...😭
Zinogre LBG is definitely crazy good against Kushala. It feels so good when I hit a trickshot ult/Special skill on it lol.

Don't do it. Rising tide is only raw damage. If your going to use a conditional skill its latent power for sure for Kushala.

It doesnt matter at higher grades RT falls off. Your better off using crit because it will apply to both raw and elemental.
