very very true @deep breaths. I’m using Yoga to help me with breathing (and stretching). Trying to do it every morning and so far I’m on track :) but nature, ah. I am not an outdoorsy person. At least my instinct or impulse to go outside and feel the fresh air died when I moved to NY in 2001. I only wanted to go outside because I had something to do or someone to connect with. never to enjoy nature. last summer, though 😁, I really did do a great job at being outdoors.🥰😎 I even went to the beach for the first time in 15 years! so I’m making serious progress, for sure.

yes that very well was a Christmas tree 🌲🤭 only recently took it down 😒 this was my first year putting it up by myself ( ruclips.net/video/luLTVQpDS6M/видео.html ) because I started this vlog and wanted to get into the spirit and well, I wanted to vlog taking it down but like, life yo 😖
It’s so beautiful that you put up there the amount of time taken to make and edit this video 😮because it isn’t easy and people who watch such videos without having known the amount of time and hard work spent to upload a single video is not easy. It’s time consuming and energy consuming too !! So it’s a good truth Bomb for people like me who wake up thinking ahh running an RUclips channel is so easy wish I could open one up but yeah I’m super lazy so I just sit and frown, demotivate myself and reduce my self worth thinking I’m not even capable of doing such a simple thing ?
well I’ve only discovered the art of vlogging recently (sept ‘23 to be exact). at first I thought YT was for seasoned professionals designed to educate us. then I discovered anyone an do if they have a recording device and time to invest into learning some basic editing and how to get sound right. so I started mine and realized that YT is such a great way to add an extra layer of reflection and introspection into you life so I’d recommend vlogging just as a way to journal outloud. just sit, record, simple cut outs of the fluff bits and post 😊 doesn’t have to be fancy at all. eventually, if you start getting more into it, and you can find some time, you can upgrade your editing skills.
there is no doubt you will be proud of your ongoing development ✨ fyi: i just edited a vlog today and I didn’t realize that in the vlog I was talking about setting up vlog and not worrying about fancy editing 😂 wow I got chills while editing because we had this exchange.
Soooo you are connected to a 23 year old student who’s studying medicine in Karnataka which is in India 🇮🇳😁😇🤍 [ and its 8:37 pm on the 28th of April on a Sunday evening here ]
sooo Exciting!!!! it’s so wild how humans find connection with each other. I’m absolutely in love with that experience of conencting. (and it’s currently 11:27am here in NY) medicine, how on earth do you have time for anything? what are you hoping to specialize in?
@@nonFluencerNoWa well it all boils down to just plain old take care of my loving family. Willing go miles and do anything for that happiness ☺️🤍and idk it’s in my blood or something but yeah I love to be of service to others. The happiness of being helpful to others gives me miniature butterflies each time haha ! 😁😇🦋 🤍
totally get that ✨ taking care of and protecting your family. especially when you begin to build a family of your own. and yes, I think it’s in your blood to be of service to others if you love it so much. My husband is the same way . when I met him, he was all about me, me, me. But then it became confusing how such a wonderfully giving person, beautiful on the inside and out, had a great deal of anxieties and rage issues. Like, any small thing could set him into a *rage*. Stubbing a toe. breaking a cup. etc. At the time we were both so young and didn’t understand how complicated the human experience is and all the shit going on in our brains wasn’t very simple to solve but within a few years of being together, I realized, I didn’t know what he wanted or needed specifically because he did everything for me and always put himself last. so I went on a mission to find out if he had his own needs and we discovered that *he did* so I helped him to focus on putting his needs first, *always* , and then figuring out how the side effect of him taking care of himself will also benefit me. That way he can serve me by serving himself first. And he’s *more beautiful* now that I can have ever imagined. He does what he wants, says what he feels, expresses himself however and it all benefits me at the same time. Ofc, because being of service is in his blood, he gets such euphoria whenever i need favor even if it’s inconvenient for him 😂. but now he has learned to say “no” to me if he doesn’t feel like doing it. I love that. I, on the other hand, when I was younger I always said “no” to him if I didn’t want to do something. 😅 it was so easy for me to say “no”. But I wanted to learn how to say “yes” to him more so that he had a real life partner so I trained my mind to be more flexible because I needed to be more flexible. For myself first. Basically, do what you need to protect the ones you care about but also make sure to always understand what your needs are and be able to express them whenever and if ever you need to. Your needs are more important that anyone else’s because you’re the only responsible for protecting your mental health 😊
Deep breaths are a good solution to anything and nature is mother earths best gift for humans to cherish 🤗
