Hi, I want to do the mike tyson intermediate program on boostercamp and let's say at the fifth round I can't do anymore pull ups but I can continue with push ups and squat and the other exercises that day; should I just end the session, continue with the remaining exercises and skip pull ups or switch to a easier variation to milk some reps?
No hate or anything( can't really hate because you're doing what most wont even try to do) but do you think you could talk a bit slower and remove the background music ?
