Paris thanks to your workouts I’ve gotten faster, increased muscle weight and I’ve become stronger. Three months ago my 1 rep max for an overhead military press was 170, today it’s 200. And my previous 1 rep max for deadlifting was 440 and now it’s 450!
If you are a beginner to working out don’t push yourself too hard you may get injured in the process for beginners I recommend 4 times a week with stretching before and after exercising after a month you can go for 5 times a week and stay hydrated eat a lot of protein for muscle growth

If that is a scam then i need to learn more about that. The advice he gave was u have the end goal now break it down into smaller achievable goals u can hit daily or weekly. Those daily\weekly goals will add up and before u know it ur end goal will show up, whether its lifting losing weight or making money. Same process of thinking and acting just different events. So, I told it, for example, it could give me body workout and this and this and this, and it has all the knowledge too, so it's like it's really simple. So, I just told it every time I would write mission, and then it would just give me a mission, and maybe I have to go to the gym on a Sunday, maybe I have to do yoga on a Monday, like it could be many things.
