i managed to obtain Victory Cry after a skill mutated into it on Baal Zebul, when normally it's exclusive to Orpheus Telos
Me too, I think it's not classified as an unique skill, but I retrieved it after I've fused telos, so dunno the chances

The rarest is probably Magic Mastery. It’s also only obtained via skill mutation, but you can’t inherit it.
I must agree, but damn it's rather pointless as I read the damage count has been capped
What about magic ability and auto heat riser? Are they rare too?
Definitely is the rarest skill imo, I put it on Helel lol
For all target boost morning star no question, but single target almighty, satan's black viper looks tempting
