Seems about right. Single target skills in SMT/Persona games usually deal more damage than their multi-target counterpart even though Black Viper and Morning Star share the same damage description
Yep it would enhance more damage, but I don't have the skill cards, so I also remove my multi target boost on pixie and messiah just to make it equal for all. Cheers ✌️
