Something I'd like to note about having a Support Persona: If you're looking for cost-effectiveness, then point for point Bloody Charge will usually cost you far less than normal Charge in the long run. Because SP is much more scarce than HP in most cases, constantly popping Charge before your next attack becomes less and less viable as you progress through Tartarus. With Bloody Charge, though, not only does it cost HP that can be instantly recovered via a teammate, but it also re-casts Rebellion. If you can get that on your Thanatos, I think you'll find your SP (especially with the Protag) will be prolonged much more.
I love persona and I love the fusion mechanic but man I hate the lack of superbosses and post game. obviously wouldn't work too well with the calender system but I wish there was cool content to use the builds on. good stuff tho man!!!
I know Cendrillon is broken enough where you don't HAVE to fix anything, but it was datamined about a month ago that Crit Rate Boost and Crit Rate Amp do NOT stack. The game checks and applies Crit Rate Boost passive if there is no Crit Rate Amp available. If there is, it will instead ONLY apply the Amp passive, not both. Apt Pupil, Rebellion, and Revolution all still stack alongside either of Crit Rate Boost or Amp. Source is CTOBN's "The Math Behind Persona 3 Reload's Combat" guide. Personally, I like a single shot build on her. Brave Blade has a higher crit % than Vorpal Blade (20% vs 13%) and power (650 vs 580 base power). Since a moveslot opens up because Crit Rate boost is useless in this case, I like to include Arms Master and make it so using Brave Blade multiple times in a turn doesn't just bring me down to 1 hp in the blink of an eye. Thankfully, her whole kit is flexible and just requires the use of just 2 skill cards to change her to and from a Single Target or Multi target killer. And unless you've grinded much more since then, you are very smart for not grinding out Magic Mastery skill mutation. I've lost countless hours for the bigger numbers and it's not even transferable :(

Yeah, kudos to broken builds against Covardly Maya XD No seriously, had fun watching. Now, I was figuring which would be the strongest and tankiest legit elemental non-DLC build againt the ultimate opponent, which means, every element with magic mastery and the less amount of Resistance Skills, considering the attacks you have to face in phases 1&3 after hitting her weaknesses: This would be Saki Mitama, Messiah, Ganga, Jatayu, and 3 of several options that have resist light and dark Messiah and Saki Mitama for Fire and Ice, both interchangeable. Fire and Ice are the paths that make you face the most variety of attacks, elemental, physical and light. You need only Resist Phys skilled. Now, there is a situation in phase 3 where you could face the combination ice and light, where Messiah isn't allowed and Saki needs Resist Light. Alternative: An additional Persona with Resist Light and Ice (also needed), either Lamia or Jatayu. For both Wind and Elec you need a combination of 2 personas each, because one time it leads to ice/light, the other to dark. No Persona has resist ice, light and dark, so you have to choose between Ganga and Jatayu, who resist light and ice. Since you could have spend one for Ice you only have one disposable, and need 3 more personas with resist light/dark, one needs ice resist. Your buffer has to be Telos, LOL, thanks Atlus for not allowing Magic Mastery on Telos. Now, that this is useful is another story, defense isn't important against the boss in Reload. I wonder a little, you have almighty amp, but while Magic mastery may be really hard to get, Magic ability (25%) is not harder than almighty boost and for elemental spell caster would be more convenient than single/multi target or shift boost/amp. Is also possible to get the critical rate amp from tartarus chest from 01/01 to 31/01 (particulary on last section) so you could copy and give it to your physical attackers. Aslo, you could give your thanatos bloody charge and/or rebellion. It cost HP (Which can be halved by arm master) but it gives bood charge and raise critical rate.
i already updated most of this personas, giving them pretty much everything you're suggesting here but Magic ability is built-in with Lucifer's Blade so there's 0 need to get that on any persona

@carlosmorais3674 i support the idea of using what you like, but even without scarlet havoc cendrillon with brave blade or vorpal blade is just leagues above any other physical persona other than johanna and milady

I wanted to know why you choose Thantos to be the support persona when he only repels one attack naturally and has no drains, and why you also keep insta-heal if you have the omnipotent orb instead of putting a repel skill on it.
All these broken builds and I'm just over here using personas that look cool (some dlc others base) and I just built one for each element as I figured if the wild card and well personas were real it would be the logical thing to do. All of this for no reason because since it was my very first playthrough ever of persona 3 I didn't do my first playthrough on merciless and well I already wasted my time building the personas thinking they'll carry over like persona 5 but they don't which makes sense I suppose. So probably never gonna do merciless, probably wouldn't either way since social stats don't carry over either which that actually doesn't make sense it doesn't break the game other than giving you more time for social links which with how you unlock the special Orpheus I guess you can say it makes sense but nah not really. I mean you can go ahead and say I'm just a persona 5 fanboy who wants everything to be that I wouldn't care too much if you do. Anyways sorry if this comment is long and all over the place. Off topic question when you start a NG+ on merciless the only things that carries over is your playtime and some costumes say after I finish merciless, and then I start another new game plus on an easier difficulty. Do I get everything I had before the merciless playthrough?
The clear save is what matters. Whatever you had in your inventory when you beat nyx and watch the credits and create your clear save is what you’ll have when you start a new game using that clear save (on hard difficulty or lower). If you start a merciless ng+ off of your original clear save you will only keep outfits and playtime, if you finish that merciless play though and save it as it’s own clear save, then by loading that clear save (on hard or lower) you’ll only have access to the things you obtained in that merciless play through. I was out there grinding out the skill cards for HOURS but goddamn for some torturous reasons, I cannot get dark boost and wind amp for robin hood and arsene, its such a torture And what do you do for the preparations in general?
almighty amp is mutation only sadly, light boost you can get from sword cards but i don't remember where tbh for preparations i usually do long fusion paths to get 4 skills i want in a single persona and then inherit them and fill the rest with skill cards
Hi ! I wanted to do the same build on Messiah but i can only inherit 4 skills and the only skill card i have is Auto Mataru. Is there a way to get 5 slot or maybe get one of the skills as a skillcard, if so where can i find them ? Thanks for the video it helped alot !
i believe the only way to get all 5 is through special fusion me personally i put all the auto skills by inheritance and the other ones got them from skill cards, i don't remember exactly where, but there's a fusion calculator online where you can check where to get all skill cards from, i'll put the link on the description

Is it possible to put the skill cards on Messiah and Thanatos on other personas and get the same results? Or does it have to be those personas specifically
@@RWBY-v9dit’s pure rng, skill mutations do happen closer to full moons though so you could get as close to a full moon as possible and create a save and keep fusing and reloading to try and get almighty boost to mutate but Honestly for the effort it’s really not worth it in my opinion. Almighty boost + single target/multi target boost is more than enough for 99% of enemies even on merciless. If you aren’t a RUclipsr I wouldn’t waste my time deliberately going for that one skill, you’re gonna give yourself multiple headaches. I’ve heard people say that it doesn’t HAVE to be almighty boost that mutates it just has to be a high value/rare skill. I’ve heard ppl that said they got it from both spell master and megidoloan mutations but there was no footage like the almighty boost ones so idk how legit that is.

My question was, where do you even get the skills for moves such as light boost, almighty amp, etc?
I was out there grinding out the skill cards for HOURS but goddamn for some torturous reasons, I cannot get dark boost and wind amp for robin hood and arsene, its such a torture
And what do you do for the preparations in general?
almighty amp is mutation only sadly, light boost you can get from sword cards but i don't remember where tbh
for preparations i usually do long fusion paths to get 4 skills i want in a single persona and then inherit them and fill the rest with skill cards
@@tuvieeclips wait, almighty amp is mutation only? What the heck
This means I gotta fuse Satanael again
Aauurghhhh
@@sunnyraoul yeah, sorry to break it to you
How did you give thanatos and messiah all those immunities to magic?
What equipment are you running on mc?
the usual, lucifers blade, armor/shoes of light and accesory i hop between amritite necklace and omnipotent orb
Hi !
I wanted to do the same build on Messiah but i can only inherit 4 skills and the only skill card i have is Auto Mataru.
Is there a way to get 5 slot or maybe get one of the skills as a skillcard, if so where can i find them ?
Thanks for the video it helped alot !
i believe the only way to get all 5 is through special fusion
me personally i put all the auto skills by inheritance and the other ones got them from skill cards, i don't remember exactly where, but there's a fusion calculator online where you can check where to get all skill cards from, i'll put the link on the description
@@tuvieeclips Oh my bad didn't pay enough attention to the "How To Acquire" section, i just found out what "Sword 8" means >.<
Thx again for your help, have a good day
I wanna do builds like these but i can never get almight amp and boost i only got almight amp on alice
you should inherit it to other personas, then you can make the build you would like
Can we get guides for most of these?
Maybe, no promises bc I suck at explaining
I’d have to beat the game after the game I just beat now to get all that so stressful but I’m willing to I guess
you got this
Is it possible to put the skill cards on Messiah and Thanatos on other personas and get the same results? Or does it have to be those personas specifically
you can use other personas for all of this, the only thing you will be missing out on are the "driver" skills really
NULL ALL? How is that even possible?
*spoiler alert* you get an accessory called omnipotent orb.

80% of those yes, mainly from Sword cards in shuffle time

Como así?
How did you get your Thanatos to learn all 4 support skills?
inheriting them with fusion path but im pretty sure you can get all four with skill cards
I know you can max stats with incense but to get personas to level 99 do you just grind or is there a better way
grind, solo reaper is the easiest way to gain xp tho, dunno if that helps
how did you make it so that thanatos was able to null about basically everything? is innate or is there a trick with skill cards?
It's an item you get from defeating a secret boss

Did you have the slash amp accessory when you damage test scarlet havoc?

not that many, and they're kinda outdated aha
Is sad to say that almost every broken build in this game come from DLC personas with broken passive/attack skills
no worries tho, Even without DLCs phys personas are still pretty busted, I have a video up on a broken Siegfried and Jack Frost build

Skill mutations and thats it
@@helpihavebats6392 thank you for letting me know it’s just no matter how many times I try it nothing happens to almighty boost
How did u get the driver skills

How do you fuse Loki (justice)?
it's DLC persona, if you have that dlc you can just summon him from the compendium or fuse him
kikuri-hime + naga raja is the cheapest fusion

the cendrillion build is good but can be improved. take off apt pupil, and instead wear an apt pupil accessory, then put shift amp in there

You can make the same builds with other personas, only real difference will be the ones that have "Driver" passive skills

without OO you have to put at least 1 or 2 skills to cover weaknesses
Omnipotent Orb just breaks the game period

why not create actual builds that wont depend from OmniOrb???
