Quantum, would you still recommend the S90C in 2024, now that the prices have come down for the 55/65 inch. I still see them around on some online shops. Or is the S90D, motion and processing wise, a decent enough step up over the S90C, to justify the current price 🤔
Reminds me of the guy at Best Buy helping me buy a TV. We were looking at some of the flagship models next to some of the midrange ones like the C3 and he said “Are they better? Yes. But are they a thousand or two thousand dollars better? No.”
I was more blown away by the 2023 tcl qm8 that was close to the s95d at my local best buy. I believe because the brightness and glossy screen, mostly the glossy screen because the perceived contrast was much greater.
As an owner of the 77 inch A95L since October when it came out. Previous owner of many oleds since 2015 and I’m a fan brother, but the A95L in 77 inch is absolutely rocking the house
S95D is amazing. The matte screen is amazing, no glare whatsover, works really well in my bright living room. I left my older glossy Samsung tv for comparison and there is no comparison, the glossy tv has lots of reflection and before getting the S95D I didn't notice it because I suppose I didn't know any better or just got used it. Also at Best Buy, the S90D was right next to the S95D and there was no comparison, the S95D was more vibrant and much brighter. To each his own I guess.
how are your impressions. Because I made a pre-order and can still cancel =) But I think it should be a good purchase. I can't look in the store, there is no way.
Hi hope you’re well do you have any tip on cleaning your tv screen. I bought WHOOSH spray did work out as well as I hope it’s really good on my iPad though, but not the TV screen. Thank you
I went to Best Buy and I saw the S95d and in my opinion is doesn’t look good at all with the matte finish compared to other TVs and especially the S90D
One question... you did a video when the Smart Calibration for Samsung Tv's was announce 2 years ago and I don't think you made a follow up to that video after actually using it... So, do you use the smart calibration for the Samsung TV's? Is it good? do the S95D and S90D models have access to the Professional Smart Calibration option or just the Basic Smart Calibration? Would it be possible for you to make a video of the S95D before the Professional Smart Calibration (if that is an option for the TV) and after using the professional calibration? I'm really interested to know if this is a viable option and if the Professional Smart Calibration exists for the newer models and your opinion on it. Cheers
I went to buy the S90D today in a 55in but my salesmen and manager was not there today going back tomorrow. Thank You Quantum!! Thank you !!! Now what 77in is worthy
Why is the S90D not listed on most websites? Is it because it's a brand new model and it's not started rollin out yet? Is it a model exlusive to america or a certain region? I can't even find it on the official Samsung website. All they have is the S95D and I dont want the matt screen or one connect box'
@@Quantum_TV Because we have windows, and other sources of light. And because sometimes it's nice to have a light or two on, which is about 60% less distracting with a matte screen than with an ultra-shiny reflective one.
It can be an easy fix just add the s95d hardware on the s90d and u have the tv with out the matted screen. But probably won't do it til next year to get more ppl to buy.
Want a reviewer like you, honest. Bought an LG UQ80 4k tv last year and I am not impressed at all. Yes, it's a budget t.v. but hey it's LG!! The Web OS is probably the worst OS I've ever seen in my life!! Totally unresponsive!! After a few days it starts to get better. Currently it's ok, but not smooth. But here's the real surprising/shocking experience! My family and I have been watching everything on a Sony tv which is 15 yrs old. Never needed to replace it! Such a masterpiece! But last year I wanted to get equipped with the latest technology for my future home. I was 100% convinced that I wanted an LG OLED tv in the future. Until I had some money to test it's budget tvs. I went for it. To my shocking knowledge the audio was poor. Yes, it's audio is nowhere near as good as the 15 yr old Sony Bravia t.v.!! I instantly realized that Sony has to be the best tv brand out there!! I checked Sony tvs' prices and they were very expensive indeed! But now I have a budget for it. I'm definitely going for the best Sony QD OLED out there in the market!! As for Samsung, I'm not sure. It's tvs somehow don't have all the features as Sony or LG, so yeah it's ruled out for me. But cannot say what I end up buying in the future. Usually I don't consider cost as a factor. The more costly it is, the more genuine it is. I heard someone say that Sony still doesn't have the best motion. So yeah.. lots of confusion still. Maybe have to wait till Sony releases another QD or RGB OLED!

If i can afford money 💰 i will go with A95L .. now i want go with s90c but the build quality is very bad , others say the black is not good , and not good in RUclips and movies, and no 3d pop .. the OS is very bad .. ok what to do now?! 💔🫠
Bright room Hisense U8N/ TCL Qm8. Dim room Samsung S90D. 🎉NO fail.

Heck yeah! I love that tv, especially in standard mode!
@@marcsondlucce so are you saying you would go for the s90c over the s90D because of the price

This is the truth. Is the A95L better than all TVs, probably. Is it worth the $5k price for the 77 inch….heck no!!

It don’t feel like an upgrade compared to the s95c from last year. I still have the feeling the s95c is still te better choice.
Yo my brotha......you gotta bring the deadpool mask back at least one time for old times sake. Keep up the good work fam
So the best tv currently is the S90D
I’m still rocking my S95B pre nerf it’s the best panel ever made… I sell
TVs and nothing comes close to the pre nerf S95B
Picked up s95c 55inch for 1600.i wanted qd oled tv.Sony tv was way to over priced at the moment

Great video like always! - Could you recommend or do another review on a similar TV to the S95D or reflection TV. Thanks
Cool cool now will you give an update on the settings for the S90C 1310 update or???
And now 1410 firmware update is out 🎉
Have you not learned yet- never update a Samsung TV ever.
Got the 65 inch s95d for 2000
This is a good price

Good choice!

Only a matte screen really works for our home.
Why

@@niveketihw1897 so why not just get last years Q series or maybe the Qled Series and save some money
U have NOT had -- ADD pro mini led . They r Glossy but NOT reflective . 😊

You're welcome

Call a spade a spade - you speak the truth 100% but Fomo and the others DO talk about what LG and Sony lacks.
I agree but the non glare screen works for my environment and I don’t see the glare that distracted my viewing
So S90D or S95C on closeout sales?
