Prateek bhai ek question- if we rent out a property then owner gives it to us for staying. Mostly owner won't allow that you are using their property for short term rental. How to deal with this?
You need to verbally align with the Landlord about "Sub-leasing" and get the same mentioned in the rental agreement you sign with the landlord.

Bhai aap homezop ke through flats str ke liye lease nhi krte? In the sense Jo pura process h, finding the flat, interior deco etc. can be done by homezop and you can take a one time fee. Then the person can take it forward from there i.e taking care of maintenance, marketing etc

Bhaiya, my father has 3 bhk flat in moti nagar new delhi and we get monthly rent for that property 12000 per month without furnished so my question is should we start short term renting or not is it profitable for us? And btw i watch all of your vlogs
