@Kordell Swoffer She has constantly banged on about being for Scotland but on several occasions followed the Westminster line and recently voted for Boris Johnson’s Brexit deal that’s detrimental to the Scottish Fishing industry after promising to stand up for it . Along with Douglas Ross last week voted against the £20 for children’s meals that was for approximately 820, 000 of them.
While I don't vote Tory, I respect Davidson as, unlike the leader of Scottish Labour, she is charming, polite and often comes across as genuine and often holds the Scottish Government to account at FMQ's when she's not being leashed by Westminster.

I have mixed feelings about her, but at the end of the day, I don't see how she can honestly say that she supports equality when the whole point of the Conservatives is to preserve financial inequality.

I don't vote tory either. But I have no respect for Ruth. For the simple reason that she has no respect for any of us. I've seen behind the exterior for a long time. But luckily many are also seeing that too. Her mask is slipping.

She is not a Tory though. She is in effect a Lib Dem. Admittedly, she did help save the Tory party up in Scotland, and also in the 2017 election, but I would say that we are now past peak Ruth, and it’s only downhill for her from now on, especially given her being at odds on Brexit.

Ruth Davidson is the primary reason I'm voting Conservative. My politics are syncretic and radical, they don't fit any of the party lines, so in the end I vote for the people who are making the most sense
