    Hi Aisha I am a 45 years old female living in Delaware, I have lost over 115 lbs on a healthy lifestyle in a course of 3 years and my current weight is 116lbs there's so much I have learned but one thing for sure is that we need to stop dieting and as a Pakistani I want to suggest to women from our culture that we need to re-train our brains about healthier options
