    Absolutely correct.
    Extra mile:
    1. Gradual increment and initiating with smaller doses is beneficial. If taken in high amounts leads to gastric distress , bloating and stomachache.
    2. Longterm heavy-dosage is having a risk of developing polycystic kidney disease.
    Therefore, it is safe to use if taken in small doses and increasing the dose very gradually according to body demands and workout.

    Myself stopped mine hair fall with these. Detangle your hair gently with a wide-toothed neem comb to prevent breakage, especially when hair is wet and more prone to break. Use liitlexttra coocoonion hair oil shampoo duo twice a week. This is essential part of my hair care routine and performed well in hair fall reduction.

      I experienced hair fall problem prior to using Cocoonioon shampoo, but after using it, hair fall reduced to a great extent. However, it doesn’t add much shine. There might be some frizziness post-use, for which you can use any conditioner.

    One can take Creatine any time! It's not a short term supplement. It's effects are visible in the long run. So the exact timing of its consumption doesn't actually matter

    Researches have shown post workout creatine is good...
    Creatine takes3/4 hours to reach blood..
    So, pre workout creatine is not good

    Please check your kidney serum creatine level if it's above 1.3 then you should stop taking creatine I saw a lot of kidney failure cases due to high creatine level

      Absolutely correct, I was going to comment this, people don't know the science and tell it to be good for everyone. Actually it puts a lot of pressure on the kidneys as it has to be removed 100% out of the body. The creatine created by body is just enough which the body can handle , external creatine is always a danger.

    Bhai Mera weight 95 to 98 kg ha but Mena 2.5gm liya creatine mera 10 reps increase hua and I can't feel any tiredness during and after workout didn't feel the weight

      Beta wo tab produce hota hai jab aap diet aur excercise karte hai. Nahi to ek age ke baad testastrone low hone lagta hai.
      I won't recommend testastrone booster to anyone becuase it is dangerous in long term
      But creatine is completely different. Iske baare mein pahle research karo tab gyan dena.
      Aur haan, ek normal vegetarian person ke liye aur difficult hota hai without suppliment. Consider that point as well
