Very High Quality and informative content . Ms. Sangeeta has given very important information. Today Eating home made food is highly recommended. I would like to add some points. Generation of 1980s like me used to play the game from 2-6 pm daily. Today I have noticed that either children have addicted themselves to PS4 Games inside or those who play outside have no friends to play with them. I sleep at 10:30 pm and get up at 7 am. In my office I take break for 15-20 minutes after each hour by standing up for that duration . I also ask my office colleagues to follow same pattern. By standing up your calories gets burn. Drink water regularly. In my school days that if our stomach is healthy our body is happy. It’s estimated that 90% diseases originate from stomach problem. We also learnt that that there are two intestines . One is small and other is big. If our matabolism is good then both intestines work very well . If metabolism is on the decline then these intestines become slow. If you exercise for 30 minutes daily the stress gets reduced. Another way of stress reduction is listen your favourite songs.

I am a big fan of your podcasts. Yesssss Pls do a podcast with Sangeeta Iyer on intermittent fasting. I am doing intermittent fasting since last 8 years.
    Tried all windows(16:8,18:6,20:4)
and now ADF(alternate day fasting).Being a pure vegetarian (non-vegetarianबनना मुश्किल है अब), it is very difficult to fulfill my protein intake. Can there be any solution to this? I would like to tell here that I am taking whey protein, B12, vitamin C and zinc.
I m 53 years old female Who has had menopause and who does advanced level weight training on feast day.

many people are under the impression that if they walk for half an hour in a day that is enough...this is absolutely wrong..we need to keep moving throughout the day as and when we get time...especially post meal walk (moderate pace) after half an hour of breakfast, lunch and dinner is very essential..for just 10 to 15 minutes..this gives miraculous benefits of sugar control, improved digestion and wards off sluggishness.

Glucose levels in the blood fluctuates dynamically. Glucose levels change every couple of minutes in the real time and Glucose levels are directly correlated to the metabolic health and age of the subject or the person.
HbA1c is an inexpensive test which helps access Glucose levels in the blood on the long-term basis ( 90 to 121 days ) .
Test results provide the average Glucose levels of a person for the past 90 to 121 days.
Diabetic Patients become cautious and eat sensibly before their appointment with their doctor and when the doctor checks the random blood glucose levels it may be in within the range. Therefore a HbA1c test gives the doctor a picture of glucose levels for past 90 or more days .
Microbiome is the colony of healthy micro organisms living in the small and long intestines.

How many non vegetarians are B12 deficient, please give a like on my comment.
I totally disagree with Saneetha Aiyer on her B12 deficiency theory in the vegetarians.
Every animal on this planet requires B12 , then howcome a vegetarian elephant survives ?
B12 deficiency can be treated by quitting wheat and rectifying the gut Microbiome.
Good Gut Microbiome is possible with dietary fibre.
Dietary fibre is sufficient in the minor millets also called as positive millets.

You have put me in a dilemma. Please conduct a debate with Sangeetha mam and someone who is an advocate of veganism.
