Anulom vilom main breath ko hold nahin karte... And nadi shodhan main.. Ek nostrill se breath karne ke baad... We hold it for few seconds(as per own capacity)... And then release from other nostrill.

Anulom vilom main breath ko hold nahin karte... And nadi shodhan main.. Ek nostrill se breath karne ke baad... We hold it for few seconds(as per own capacity)... And then release from other nostrill.
