True.. everybody tries to justify their way of doing things. Plant defense mechanism if there even is anything like that... Wont harm you as much as animal defence mechanism. To each his own I have no problem with people choosing to eat meat.. please go eat. But don't go around ridiculing and dumb shaming people who find veganism or vegetarianism beneficial.. like you give examples of people who are following your kind of diet there similarly are 1000s other who have great stories and facts to narrate about getting back their health from vegetarian diet. Why is it always a non vegetarian ridiculing a vegetarian and not the other way round..!? Maybe that's what is the only thing missing in ur "diet".. valuing others' choices without your ifs and buts.

You proved how bigger an idiot you are 😂😂😂 our digestive system is different from herbivores because we are omnivores. You don't consume grass raw as we cannot digest cellulose ... neither do you consume meat raw like carnivores. Dals aren't complete sources of protein. You need to consume dals with nuts to get the complete amino profile. 🤣🤣🤣🤣Now question comes what about Rajasthan .... Rajasthani people get the best sources of vegetarian protein which is not possible for most Indians. how many people get rajmas , Urud dal.... And to get protein from vegetarian sources one has to become extremely rich. So if you are not strictly religious eat lean meats like fish , chicken ...if not atleast consume eggs ... Rest is upto you .

It is mostly glorifying of the meat industry by speaking only about the disadvantages of vegetarian diet where as totally neglecting
    - Chickens are filled with Antibiotics and antidepressants
-Chickens raised for meat have been bred to grow so quickly they frequently become immobilized under their own weight and endure chronic pain.
    - The meat industry emits more greenhouse gases than all forms of transportation in the world combined.
    - intensive chicken farms all three of these are compromised by overcrowding in filthy conditions, barren environments, and rapid growth. Chickens also suffer injury and stress through rough handling during catching, transport and slaughter

Thanks for the information. I have myself suffered from chronic inflammation and acne. I was raised as a vegetarian in a Brahmin family. My acne became chronic with time. Despite being gluten-free and dairy free the inflammation was all over. Satvik diet was the worst diet for me . Later I realised how a carb dominant diet is the reason for inflammation. Eating only bajra rotis, beans, legumes which are carb rich raised my insulin level which caused inflammation and acne. The only thing that worked for me was switching to animal based eating. My acne cleared up completely. My inflammation reduced because of cutting down carbs. Even today if I consume the Scam diet called Satvik diet by acne comes back with inflammation. Education is important. Indians are way behind in nutrition that's for sure.
