Thanks for watching! Stay tuned for more!
they do have an external battery charger for a spare battery....product # 48-59-2003 with battery or 48-59-2002 with out battery 👍
You the man!
I spent 2 weeks running around to 20 different HD before I found it in stock. Bought 3 sets
I love that feature on the dimming. I can set it to low and turn it off. The next time I go to use the flashlight it’s set to low instead of me having to go through the high and med to get to the low setting. Or if you want the medium. Go to medium and it’s set. I really like that feature. It’s awesome
I agree it's way better than having to cycle through the stupid modes every time
I like the feature of holding the button down to scroll between intensities. I got the 800L and love it.
I have been a big flashlight/ headlamp guy for the past 15 years and I have always been surprised that you could never get a high end flashlight at any hardware store or big box store it always had to be special order and no one seemed aware of these amazing lights. Finally a major brand is getting something similar to what’s been available for years into the mainstream.
Just bought this. I had to look up a video because I really thought mine was stuck. Out of the packaging it was extremely tight and I'm not used to us8ng that much force on a flashlight. It moves fine now
Hi , great review. I just picked one up from Home Depot. There is a special deal going on. So , you buy the flashlight and you get a kit with charger and extra battery for free.
I may have to snag that deal!
Home Depot has this light on sale right now, with the external usb charger, plus an extra battery (2 batteries total) for $80… you get the charger and extra battery for free essentially. It was available starting Monday this week, it’s Saturday now, I would image its a week sales and that it went live last Sunday and ends tonight (Saturday), sorry for letting y’all know so late, but hopefully a few of you will see this.
I like your new video today you did a really good jop today how is your wood stove doing
Where do you plug you charging coard in your Flash light???
I love your house man. Did you design it yourself?
How do you carry it? Any sheath recommendations?
Great review, H/D has a package deal going on now. You get the flashlight, 2 - 3.0 batteries, 2 charging cords and a separate charger/power bank all for $79, I ordered 2 of them which I will receive on Friday. My question is, does the flash light remember the last brightness setting or does it always default to the brightest one, I love your concise reviews, keep them coming!!! Thanks
And it does remember the brightness setting
@@dereknielsen3684 thanks
How long does it take to fully charge this flash light?
i have this flashlight and i love it
You should have a amazon affiliate link for this.
Does it use a 18650 battery?
Back to the basics? How do I charge it?
Great review, where the hell do you plug in the USB cable, someone gave me this boat anchor a few months ago.
The collar on the flashlight just below the head twists 360 so you just spin it around until the USB is exposed
Make sure the twist at the top is set back to normal and twist the section below it with the usb icon by itself till u see the USB input
Nice 881! ;-)
is it a flood one
i bought the 800 lumen one when it came out...its awesome but now i found a use for the 1100 lumen....only problem is nobody has them in stock...all back order 2-3 weeks 🤬
I found mine at Home Depot. Only one there.
1100 Lumens FTW
Where did you plug the charger cord into the flashlight?
Under the collar just below the button. It slides around
Thank you watch
You should have showed it in the dark!
(2161-21) ..... and get a charging block like the rest of us.
I got the Anker, one has 8 ports and the other has 4
Yes holding the button for different modes is very hard 🤣🤣🤣🙄🙄
Now just Gorilla Glue a kick ass magnet on it...
Mine gets super hot I wonder if it’s normal ?
Yes mine gets hot as well
@@TheDurbinCompound you think that’s normal considering it a LED
Yeah nothing to be concerned with. There are some LED flashlights out there that have fans in them
@@TheDurbinCompound but this one does not have a fan in it because it gets hot. Heat is the No.1 destroyer of anything. How long will it last is the question?
This flashlight has been charged 100 times and it has been holding up well
hope it is fixed head
Mine is flashing orange
Warning!..Milwaukee is not covering flashlight warranty. Eservice is not supporting flashlights anymore and local service centers are non existent.
Is it waterproof
Go and check vcg construction video and it explains all of that answer. This dude here forgot to tell you that you can get it wet but the USB port isn't covered but it can be covered by somehow twisting the top of the light and line up the markings on it. Vcg construction video explains all of this
Yeah, Vince also ruins a flashlight because he dropped it in water with the port open.
@@TheDurbinCompound yes but if a tool says it can be submersed even if it's a puddle then the tool should do that but Milwaukee didn't mention how to block the USB port anywhere and because vinced showed that then it saved me and others from loosing 89$. He himself didn't even know and him testing this saved others from ruining our lights. That's the point of the video.
You still didn't show how to USB charge it. I bet a bunch of people have no idea you have to turn the ring.
It realy should have a fourth under 100 lumin setting I wouldn't buy it based on that
👍🍻🍺👍🏻
I'm not impressed. This is a daily use item for me, replacing old 18v usb out chargers for misc phone charging and AAA headlamp lights. I have 3 usb3.0 devices i cycle between.
Honestly the 2.0 seemed to have more life. On a full charge, the usb out of one of these usb 3.0 charger units will TEND the battery of my phone for about 1 hour while in use, keeping it functional but not really increasing the battery charge on the meantime. Pretty sad.
Nice shirt
I tested it 3 nights a week for many long bike rides. I found out it doesn't keep a charge and is unreliable and it takes about 8 hrs to charge. In my opinion, its a piece of junk that's worse than my other flashlights. No disrespect to you friend but its over priced and doesn't last.
A great flashlight? You didn't use it on anything, well other than the wooden table smh..
