I've had this book for a while now, and can really recommend it. Also her courses via her website which are so helpful, and amazingly affordable. I've made my own simple index, and there was plenty of room on the contents page to expand the chapter titles. I enjoyed that process, made the book specific to me and great for getting to know the contents better.
