Would you consider doing a second 30 day challenge morning movement. Would love new sequences and moves in the 10 minute class all organized. Just a thought. I thought I would hate this one based on the title, but after doing it it is one of my favorites!! I do not want to do arm strengthening first thing in the am, but I'd say it's more important core strengthening and like a warm up for your core and arms. It's not overly intense.

When we were in plank and you said to lift your right arm up for a side plank I did NOT think that was going to happen for me (I’ve had trouble in the past) but I did it on both sides without a hitch! I first found Kassandra a several years ago whilst looking for a bedtime practice and I've been hopping in and out ever since, but never really left. These morning and evening challenges are great and rather than jumping from one to another for variety, I'm hooked on both. No need to go anywhere else.
