Being able to do the manual lymphatic massage that you showed in a video has been useful. People with ME/CFS are negatively impacted by most exercise, which is such a challenge. Please link to the video you refer to in today’s video. Thank you Kelly.

This is fascinating to me. My mom had a very rare form of cancer that they decided was from over radiation. She lived for 40 years with this radiation poisoning before it created a strange type of cancer where her lymph nodes just produced way too much fluid. The thing is, the first time it started it was filling the lungs with fluid. They kept having to drain her almost every day then they figured out what was going on and gave her some rounds of chemo as you would if there were cancer tumors in the lymph nodes. This kind of dried things up, but it did not actually cure it. She lived for about another two years until it cropped up again. This time in her brain. In all this time, there were no tumors only an extreme proliferation of lymphatic fluid. And as I watched this video and you showed how it would drip into the sinuses, this explained why, and what I thought the whole time, she just kept dripping fluid from her nose. If she leaned forward, it would just kind of run out. They could never figure out why she had no pain or swelling in the brain and I still think because it was constantly draining. It was just so new and unusual. They did not know what to do with it.

At about 1:50 in you mention the glymphatic drains into the sinuses.
To avoid sniffing and help clear my sinuses I would lay my tongue on the roof of my mouth with the tip just behind the front top teeth. Then push the tongue against the hard palate while
swallowing hard. It will pull yuck down your throat without aspirating it.
I would get a runny nose then sniff and end up with bronchitis then cough and get a sinus infection rinse and repeat until meds finally fixed it.
If I scrunch my face and eyes shut hard then do the tongue pressed swallow it helps even more.
After watching this video I tried pushing the back of my tongue against the soft palate several times then swallowed it 1:54 helped move stuff as well.
If the sinuses are part of the glymphatic process would it be best to clean the sinuses before bed with a neti pot or nasalgator along with the thoracic lymph system.

Thank you so much for this information!
Have you had any success with patients with parkinson's?
Also, do you wear gloves when you work with patients? That would seem difficult to me.

❤. Thank you very eye opening. All your info for breast CA patients is so helpful. Is it ok to do lymphatic massage in the infrared sauna? And then ok to jump in pool?
