Thanks, bro. Стало на душе светло. Very very positive fillings.
Great video, this system looks great for what i'm planning. What type of leveling compound should be used? At 2:06 in the video it says it needs to be flexible but I cant find one. What would you recommend?
Hello Mark,
Thank you for your question.
The following manufacturers sell relevant products via retailers:
Knauf, Maxit, Bostik, PCI, Kiesel, Sopro
Leveling and underlayment compounds must have the following characteristics:
Suitable for leveling concre floors, cement, calcium sulfate, magnesite and poured asphalt layers.
Suitable for leveling ceramic floorings and application on coatings.
Suitable for leveling and underlayment compound for hot water underfloor heating systems that are recommended for thin-bed underflorr heating.
I see many underfloor heating systems come with their own seperate circulation pump, are normal central heating pumps sufficient, will it cause early wear and tear fatigue of the pump? Think I would need 4-5 of these to do my lounge + kitchen.
Hello SBTRIS,
Thank you very much for this question.
In most cases, the heating systems with radiators are oversized. Therefore, in most cases, the exchange of the radiator in surface heating can be implemented without problems for the pump.
But if in doubt, we always recommend to consulting your trusted heating installer and having it checked.
Best wishes

@@flexiro Thanks for the reply, makes sense 👍
What software do you use to create all this animation
Hello George,
We had a service provider for that. You can find them here: www.jano3dstudio.de
Can this be run off 10mm microbore pipe? And what a the maximum size room? My room will be 6m x 7m
Technically it is possible to run our box with the 10mm microbore pipe, but you have to check first which temperature spread your heating system work with. The RTL valve works with a maximum water temperature of 55°C. For your 42m² room you should install minimum 3 Sets for 10m²
Can you please send me a link where I can purchase this thank you
Hi Kevin,
Thank you for your interest. Here is the link to our shop: flexiro.de/en/underfloor-heating/
If you need more information, feel free to write to us.
I'm wanting to install this in my new utility room extension which is 3m x 2m in size. The radiator this system would connect to only has 10mm pipes. Is this a problem?
Hello,
No, this is not a problem. The 5m² set is perfectly sufficient for your needs.
Thanks.
A system that comes off the radiator Circuit will never work properly, under floor heating needs it own flow and return and control of the heat source ie the boiler. The rads will heat the house up quicker then the underfloor and will turn off before the underfloor can ever get up to temperature
Hello Andy,
The connection of all underfloor heating can only be connected to a standard heating system with flow and return pipes. A connection to e.g. one-pipe heating systems is not possible.

Thanks.
Will this not have dirty central heating water circulating in it? And how do you control the temp?
The temperature can be set separately on the Multibox 4K-RTL. The box itself is connected directly to the heating supply and return line.
If temp from a boiler is 75c to heat a radiator, how can this system withstand that temperature when it can only work at 30c tapped into the radiator pipe line?
Hello, In heating systems that circulate water with a supply temperature of up to 65°C, the "Kompa Box RTL" is required. RTL stands for "Return Temperature Limitation." The Kompa Box RTL restricts the return water temperature. Like all Kompa Boxes, the Kompa Box RTL is equipped with a supply shut-off valve, including a regulating spindle, which allows for hydraulic balancing.
The regulation is done without any additional auxiliary energy and can be individually adjusted using the supplied thermostat head. The thermostat head functions as a continuous proportional controller. The change in room air temperature (controlled variable) is proportional to the change in valve stroke (manipulated variable). When the room air temperature rises, the temperature in the temperature sensor expands and acts on the bellows. This throttles or increases the water supply in the heating circuit via the valve spindle.
Even if you later replace the heat generator with a low-temperature heat generator, the Kompa Box RTL can still be used. Because the supply temperature will then be moderately below 45°C, the Kompa Box won't need to regulate, and you can continue to use the actuator. Since you want to connect a bathroom radiator, the Kompa Box is the only suitable option anyway.
