The diseased Grievous must've created this disease....and when he died in a fiery death, the disease was unleashed from his heart, infecting Kenobi...so every time Kenobi says 'hello there' to somebody....they become Grievous....so the General can finally get his revenge.
So General Grievous learned how to become a force ghost and possessed young Luke in order to catch Kenobi by surprise and get his revenge? This plot is fcking awesome!
