I think Buford Tannen is the most evil antagonist of the back to the future trilogy even though Biff and Buford are played by the same actor Tom Wilson.
But even Biff Tannen was the evilest antagonist in the Alternate 1985. He also shows no remorse, like a psychopath, killing George McFly, forcing Lorraine to marry him, laughing at his attempt to kill Marty, and allowing all sorts of crimes including shooting after owning the police. And he also attempts to kill Marty during that famous car chase in the first movie, the way he drove to him with his car. I mean, I don't think a school bully would be so evil even if they became powerful. Both Buford Tannen and Biff Tannen have shown the evil hearts of serial killers.

After all, Doc said the future is whatever you make it, and we know by the end of Part 3, he had overcome his fatal weakness, so the sad future where he was fired from a dead-end job would now never happen. So we can assume he went on to fulfill his dream of being a rock star. I personally loved Part 3, it was a great story - with a sweet love story and an exciting climax in a beautiful setting. The only reason I *didn't* like it was cuz it's the end.😢
Part 3 is Sorlie under rated. It’s a fantastic conclusion to the series and a wonderful story with a lot of heart.
