Nobody has ever protested to make lions vegans
I think you’re getting mixed up. It’s actually meat eaters that try to justify hurting animals because of ‘lion’s tho’. I.e lions eat meat so humans should. Lions also eat their young, kill each other and live outside with no shelter but sure, we should be more like lions. It’s not vegans who are dying in cardiac wards.

what's truly sad is this was better written and directed than probably any reboot would be
so true
I would strongly disagree, it wasn't even written by Bob Gale....
STFU.
What you're experiencing right now is pretty explainable. You're seeing something you know was low budget made by some young fans and uploaded to RUclips and you have tremendous respect for that, knowing they did this without Hollywood or any big studio, so automatically it gets better in your eyes. However, TRUST ME. If this was a remake made by a studio you'd think it was crap, because by then nostalgia would've kicked in and you would have noticed all the flaws and such ;-)

Hahaaaa vood luck
The curious case Claudia Wells (from Back to the Future I) was the 2015 Jennifer, while they used the scene from Elizabeth Shue, who played Jenniner in the part II, at the beginning of this short film. I wonder what Elizabeth Shue is doing, because, she doesn't want or can't appear in any of these things, like in Cobra Kai, the series sequel to Karate Kid. Good to see Claudia could take part of this celebration. At first, I hadn't noticed, because of how the dialogue was made, it was Goldie Wilson, the character, not it was Donald Fullilove, the actor, but, I knew there was something particular about that scene. He does such a great job at being McFly, he doesn't often look like but there are a few times he does and its incredible, especially the line near the end where Devon says he thinks his father will understand him better, looks just like Michael J Fox, this is an incredible contribute.
When BTTF 2 came out, I kind of wished that it would stay in 2015 the whole time and be about how Marty Jr became the bully and Griff became the wimp that Marty Jr picked on. And that Marty Sr's lesson was to convince his son that bullying isn't the way, and have it be have a more heartfelt approach with a good lesson to be learned like the first BTTF. Not sure how that would work with there being a Buford Tanner in 1885 without it being anticlimactic. But still a good story for part 2.
For real, this premise would make for a great fourth movie. Marty interacting with his future son, realizing he made it big as a rockstar but became a bit of a workaholic and neglectful so this gives him a chance to reconnect with his family.
