If I could get behind pedobaptism, it would be a toss up between Lutheran and Anglican. Probably leaning more towards Anglican, because they seem less hostile to charismatics, like myself. Not that the reformed baptist church I go to is open to my charismatic side. I thought about going orthodox or catholic. But, there are a hand full of doctrine/dogmas that I can't, with clear conscience, hold to. I think about how you will know them by their fruits. Most eastern orthodox I see online have the fruit of pride, hate, and crudeness. It's hard to leave where I see the fruit of the spirit for fruit of the flesh, because "faith handed down by the apostles". There are exceptions both ways, though. Thank you for sharing that! I think there's definitely value in having beautiful worship spaces and a beautiful, well-constructed building to house one's church. I also agree that one should definitely fight for conservative doctrinal orthodoxy rather than simply jumping ship. That being said, I do think there is something to say for different errors requiring different responses to said errors. For example, I can see it not being wise to remain in communion with churches who ordain women if one does not hold that women can validly preside over and administer sacraments (since that would put congregants in spiritual danger). There's definitely a lot of give and take and wisdom that needs to go into properly navigating situations like that -- I'm not sure if a one-size-fits-all approach is viable in every case.

How anyone can claim that they've studied the early church fathers, and continue to hold to TULIP Calvinism is beyond me. The early church fathers were synergists and not monergists prior to Augustine. Any honest scholar would tell you the same.
I think you might be confusing secular systems like modern episcopalianism with Anglicanism. 85% of the Anglican communion has broken ties with those secular heretics.
