Wonder if you would please tell me ( odd question) When you first turn on the power can you just press PLAY and without scrolling or touching any other buttons will it start playing? I'm looking to record just one thing on it and want to be able to just turn in on and press one button to play it. Can that be done. Thanks much.
the "MONITOR SWITCH" option (on or off) doesn't change anything for me? are you sure the description is correct? also, does anyone maybe happen to know if there are firmware updates available?
Frederick Shead I don't know how long it last in hours but I would said over 10 hour. I used it on and off for like a month before charging. Took like 2 hours to fully charge.
I've changed my script to Asian/ Chonese/Korean I'm unsure what. Please would you know how to put it back to an English script... hope you can help... it works fine though

Mate, you cant choose folder, so if you have 20 folders.....your gonna have to scroll through all ya songs befor you get to the one you want to play. Mp3 sound quality is not bad sounding but is not great. The buttons are the best feature - proper click click buttons.
My new one won't connect USB to my laptop. It just charges, but won't "connect" for file transfer :-( Also, I don't believe this records in stereo. The L & R indicators beside the top microphone-looking parts are a joke. The manual clearly indicates the "internal microphone" is in fact the speaker. ie. mono. I did a recording test scratching by the L & R markings, then listened to a playback with headphones...definitely mono. :-(

hi i recently purchased this recorder do you know how to download what you recorded to your computer using the USB cord?
