This five-five shit is awful, don't do this: it breaks the predictability of the flow and erodes trust. If you want to make a finisher longer, just make it longer.

It’s a start :) make it a goal to do it in 10min and in the hardest variation. You should get there in a few weeks if you do this 2-3x per week. -Gabo
