been training for about 4 years on and off since 2020. mostly for endurance. got a torn bicep in 2022 and it really messed with my workout motivation but i have been getting back into it the past few months and i'm at my best physique for the most part rn. picked up boxing recently too and it's doing wonders.
Ik I wanted a todo one cuz I have wide hips for a guy so I have a wide torso and back already with good and and oblegues just from genetics and football got my arms bigger with everything so just this 3 times a week should help
If you want to build muscle and strength as fast as possible, slow reps all the way to failure work the best. Intensity is what builds muscle not volume.
