Well the thing is we ar ethe country who has tried the most to get everybody to live in peace and we are the most successful in it. I remember my little sister singing this in 3rd grade! Then after high school I left and joined the navy and served as a corpsman of marines… they played this during our ceremonies and it reminded me of my little sister singing. I couldn’t have been any prouder to have served my country and do my duty to protect my country and family. Stars and Stripes Forever will always be my favorite hymn! Next to the Marine Corps Hymn because I was a Corpsman of Marine grunts.
