    You are not your mind 2 wherever you go, ensure that you are totally there, 3 observe your mind, watching the thinking, 4 focus on the positive instead of negative, 5 accept the tragedies in your life, hear your pain-body 6 be permanently alert, 7 your ego is destructive 8 detachet to find peace

    Sorry but this book doesn't fix any of your problems. Like therapy it just gives you coping skills. Same as Buddhism. What fixes problems is changing your LOCATION, not just your thoughts. I have a ton of proof and arguments as to why that WORKS!
