Thanks for your video. I red the book twice already, and this video don't summarize this book and even don't teach the insight of the book. For exemple : You say on point 8 : the power of positive thinking, but the author in the book said clearly that we don't need positive thinking, and it is enough to stop thinking to get back to our natural state.
