Hi Jamie, I have 5 properties which are due for remortgage next year and have around 50% equity in 4 of them. Plan was to trim down to 40% and do another few properties. Do you feel this is not being aggressive enough and should be trimming to 25% and doing several more properties?
I can’t hide financial advice. But I can share I am always moving to 25% personally

Aye Jamie i love all of this stuff. I’m waiting for a call back from my mortgage broker to see if it’s something i could get in to. I have wanted this for some years running a Handyman service hear in York where i maintain properties for some of my landlords

Hi Jamie, I have had a friend contact me recently trying to get me to sign up for a remote flipping company. It cost £2000 up front so managed to get a free seminar instead. I watched it for a good 2-3 hours and mid way through they mentioned people who had done it before. Then I saw your name and picture with your last name was redacted. I recognised you and I mentioned it and they got a little awkward. Did you work with this a Tom Wade, he works or owns something called propernetics. I just wanna know if this is legit or not. I’m not accusing you of anything lol. Just this guy sounds desperate for people to sign up and wondering if it’s a scam. Cos I’ve seen your videos and see you know your stuff. This other guy is using ai so I’m not 100% confident. Plus they’re lingering in this zoom call to get 5 people to join but say they make millions per year so it doesn’t add up.

No stress at all. I met Tom wade in Marbella years ago at an event he was hosting. So I do know of him. However, no, I’ve not been taught by him or anything like that if that’s what’s being said
Right ok, I thought not, I appreciate the reply. I was just wanting to check about whether you knew of him and his legitimacy in the business. He talks well and it was a good seminar but when he said he taught you how it it works yet I felt like you were a bit above him knowledge wise and he wasn’t fully transparent.
I’m not accusing him I just wanted to know your opinion on him. I’ve told my friend you’re reply, I’ve told him if he wants help and guidance, out of all the people I’ve watched to get clarification and extra info on properties, you are the main person I go to.
I’ll pass him on to your training. You do package deal training yes?
I’ve already told him about your BTL videos, do you do training or some form of guidance in buying BTL or the like as he wants a professional and doesn’t trust me, I don’t blame him I haven’t got a big portfolio lol.
