    I have never seen anyone use aquafaba in a chickpea omelet before. That is such a good idea. Everything looked delicious and tfs.

    I've been vegan for more than 20 years and I'm always surprised by how creative people are able to get with plant-based meals. All these breakfasts look absolutely amazing. The use of aquafaba to make scrambles is just brilliant. Never tried it before but I sure will. Excellent work, Chef!

    I've prepared tofu scramble many times; however, seeing how aquafaba creates a lite, fluffy and obviously delicious texture, breakfast is happenin right now. ✅️ ty

    Fruit smothie, protein powder oats, avocado toast with vegan eggs, also I have added apple cider vinegar to my pancake mix for probiotics which are good for gut, I don’t even taste it but I’m glad I know it’s there

    I love it...definitely excited about the non soy less processed meat replacement like mushrooms and pumfu...the chickpea scramble method was unique too

    Thanks for this wonderful video filled with yummy breakfast recipes! I tried making a chickpea omlette a few days ago and ended up with a chickpea scramble too!!! LOL. But in the end it was delicious and that is what matters the most!! I can't wait to try these recipes and see more videos.

    Brother: That final recipe looks great and tasty!!! No need to apoIogize. I love using chickpeas in my "chickpea salad" recipe, so I'm going to make this "chickpea egg scramble" recipe. I also love mushrooms, and don't eat pork, so using mushrooms as "bacon" is brilliant! Keep up the great work!

    yes that Pumpfu is fermented pumpkin seeds better for you than the actual tofu looks yummy!!

    Idk if yall know how big of a Gem that Pumfu drop was! Don’t see many make reference to it & I personally think it taste wayyy better than regular tofu. Great content 🥳🙌🏽

    I've never heard of that type of seeded tofu. Where can it be purchased? & That knife🔪 is everything. I will try to Google them. So glad this video came up in my feed. One last thing your camera 📷 is AMAZING. 🍽

    I have tried chick pea flour several times and did not like it but I am gonna try it your way by folding in and let it cool for 15 without touching it with the lid on and try the mushroom bacon I am excited

    Spray your pan with a butter flavored olive oil. That possibly could help keep your aquafaba from sticking to your pan.

    Have you used Moong Dal aka Yellow Lentils
    I use it as a scramble,wrap and or whatever I can come up with 👩🏽‍🍳
