CYNAR NEGRONI - Simple (& Tasty) Negroni Variation!

A simple variation on the classic Negroni - substituting the usual bitter component, Campari, with another Italian amaro, Cynar.
Cynar is a bittersweet, herbal liqueur made with 13 botanicals - one of the prominent being artichoke.

INGREDIENTS
- 30mL Gin
- 30mL Cynar (pronounced Chee-nar)
- 30mL Sweet Vermouth
METHOD
1. Combine all ingredients into your double old fashioned glass
2. Stir with ice for approx. 30 seconds
3. Garnish with a twist of orange
