MGSV: Phantom Pain - Trick S-Rank: Mission 48 [Extreme] Code Talker - Episode 48 Secrets

Perfect Stealth S-Rank for Episode 48 of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Walkthrough of this mission 48 using a trick method of avoiding the Skull Soldiers [Camouflage]. By following the right side of the river, you can run to the mansion without getting attacked by the Skull Soldiers. You need to climb the cliff near the waterfall (look for cracks), then head directly to the yellow square destination marker. You only need to tranquilize one guard and put to sleep 2 guards to reach Code Talker in the basement of the mansion. After getting Code Talker, it is ok to get noticed by the Puppet skull soldiers, as it won't count against you for "Perfect Stealth" achievement. You can use sleeping gas to put out puppets that stand between you and Pequad helicopter at the landing zone. #mgsv
