I love my '91 VR-4! I bought her in '93, and she is still 99% stock with just over 150K miles on the clock. I have been lucky to enjoy her as the sleeper she was back in her early years, but even now at 28 years old, she is still a hoot to drive as my daily!
These cars were basically the Evo's daddy. My first car was a base version of this gen Galant and I've also had few pmmm AWD Eclipse turbos. I've always wanted a Vr4 so badly. Had a Galant GLSI hatchback/combi. It had alot of issues and it was only a 2 litre NA . But it was comfortable, and it cornered very good and had good brakes. Very similar in interior. And in the front. The chassi held up better than the engine and transmission it didn't rust.
damn man, reminds me of my old Talon AWD. That same sensation at about 350hp
also, DSM guys are a strange breed of fanatics. They're like the evo dudes before there were evo dudes
