For some context (if you're new here I always add the context in my descriptions) this footage comes from the British Grand Prix in 2018 when England score against Sweden in the World Cup quarter finals
I've been away for a while but I've now completed all my Uni work. I hope to put out more consistent content like this from now on :)

@@claudiochianca563 As the homies before me already replied, during Manaco there was a tight battle between Seb and Pierre as Seb came out of the pits but the camera people cut to stroll before we saw what happened and it became a Meme where people were editing all kinds of footage with a clip of Lance being shown in the middle of an event :D

Not sure if anyone can find footage of this but back in 2006 for the British GP qualifying the F2/GP2 race took place during the England vs Paraguay game and people was leaving the track to watch it on the big screens outside the track. Suddenly due to the influx of people leaving quickly the screens around the track itself tuned over to the football I was at between Copse and Maggotts watching a F2/GP2 and the match at the same time. Also when Beckham scored it did drown out the engine sounds. I think Lewis Hamilton said he was trying to pay attention to the game as well when leading.

Same! I was on holidays to England from Ireland and I watched every match in a centre with a big TV with like 100 people. It’s one of the coolest things I’ve ever done.
it's weird reading this cause thats how its always have been here in Brazil. When the national team is playing in the World Cup we are even allowed to leave work early just to watch the game. All businesses close down and we always watch the games in groups. The country pretty much stops. It's awesome, I miss the WC.. 😭

Maybe it's a cultural thing, but whil watching a sport I don't want to hear every little tiny insight from another person, just give me the facts and speculations, give you opinion on it being likely or not and go on. You don't need more than 4 people at the track interviewing and talkin about the race, other countries do it so why not Sky?

I think its cause Sky has like 20 different languages too lol, they have a reporter that does each (Nico Rosberg does Italian, German and English) + I think Crofty is employed by F1 themselves

England scored. Its right after quali at Silverstone in 2018. Lewis grabbed pole by a hair and then England won the quarter final game. Great atmosphere at Silverstone because they played the game on all the screens immediately after quali
