Thanks for an enlightening video! My afro hair has thinned out so much, that I'm embarrassed to show my hair. However, I'll keep trying healthy methods in maintaining what I have left, as well as pray for regrowth!😊
I am so happy to see you again !!! I am 66 yrs old and have long curly hair. I just decided to go gray and find you very inspirational.....as it won’t be easy !!! I find bending over at the waist and massaging my scalp is very helpful.....plus the blood rushes to your head !!! Looking for ward to your next video.....
Thank you, I have got myself into a daily hair routine, I’m 58 and my hair is now waist length, I changed my mindset towards my hair, loving my hair, sending positive thoughts, good nutrition, scalp cleanse, moisture the ends, oiling once a week, no chemicals, ditch the dyes, rather have healthy hair than dried out coloured hair, it’s a daily ritual I enjoy, I never cut my hair now,the Native American Indians have a great approach to hair care, check out videos on RUclips xx
Use Clarifying Shampoo, scalp brush and message good while Shampoo twice! I’m 55 yr old, I use Nature Bounty Hair Skin and Nail vitamins 5000mcg 4 capsules daily. Brush my hair gently upside down every evening for 2-3 minutes. I use silk/satin pillow case on my pillow!! I wash & condition my hair 2x weekly!!! My hair is below middle of my back 😊😊. I use Coconut oil on mid lengths 30 minutes before I wash..
Eating large quantities of fresh blueberries in smoothies seems to make my hair thicker. I thought it was my imagination until I read a couple of research papers which discussed the effect of some of the natural chemicals found in blueberries on the hair follicles.
Omg your hair is so beautiful. As a former hairdresser I truly think you have hair that was meant to be worn at incredibly long lengths! Can you pleaseee continue growing it down past butt length and beyond? You’d pull it off so well and it would be so inspirational!
Im 42 with thinning hair sincce my thirties. It's so comforting to see a real person keeping their tjickness after menopause. I couldn't find part two though? Thank you for sharing 😍
I've noticed a pleasant change in my hair after thoroughly cleaning my hair brush. I just removed all the hair out of it and scrubbed it with some shampoo. I use biotin everyday. The niacin was giving me hot flashes. Thanks for your video!
Thank you for your helpful video... what is a good carrier oil for hair & how long do I need to leave these on until I wash & condition? Also, or seemed like you wet your hair prior to brushing... is this the proper way to do it?
(Try Moremo! It’s my healthy scalp secret.) I love how you address the internal/ systemic issues that affect hair loss, etc. I also do a 3-5 min sebum distribution routine with a Mason Pierson. I’m so glad I found your channel! ❤
love your advice, sweetness and wisdom...thanks ! I've had scalp issues since moving to Hawaii and being in the water pretty much everyday...I will try it as I was aware of some of your advice but not all..Aloha!
Thick hair before or after menopause is due largely to genes. My hair was exceedingly thick before menopause and now that I am 71, it is still thicker than hair of many/most people younger than I am. I wash it (but not too often as washing strips oils), use a blow dryer very sparingly (mostly for my bangs), and do not brush it (I use a wide tooth comb). I also eat a balanced diet and make sure that I get enough vitamins and minerals via what I eat. A lack of zinc can cause hair to fall out. However, I inherited my hair from my great-grandmother. My grandmother's hair was thin, but then, she was malnourished for most of her adult life. My sister had a "normal" head of hair. A couple of my cousins had thick hair. I take care of my hair, but without the genes, it would not have been so thick to begin with.
Hi, can you tell us what kind of brush that is & where to buy them? Is it your favorite? Do you recommend any others? Your hair seems to grow fast. This might be why?☺
I have long grey hair to my behind.. i do non of these things. My hair is thick and shiny as well.. I am 55 years old. I think it has to do with the line of women in my family they all have very thick healthy hair.
All my life I've had shoulder length hair, but always wanted long flowing hair. Now I'm almost 60 and my hairs tapping on my butt. I don't know how to style it, and it's very hard to maintain.
Ive tried everything nothing works i eat so healthy, ive gone sugar free yet the dandruff won't go. Any oil my scalp reacts with big zits even essential oils are a no. I probably have malessezia but i dont know how to control it. Menopause is literally killing me. I have lost 70% of my hair. I am taking probiotics, but I'll start kefir again
To each his own. I hate long grey hair on old women (I'm an old woman). You gotta do what's comfortable to you. I personally would rather not look like I should be flying a broom than driving a car
@@ahmoseh3718 I think it's fine. I'm 70 with long, thick, grey hair that I just love and have coffee every morning (but it is organic, maybe that makes a difference).
Coffee has a lot of healthy benefits internally. And if used externally makes not only a great head and skin scrub but also not only gets rid of dead skin but tightens it. Where are you getting your information dear? I , in no way shape or form judge what works for people. Personally, I choose to use what has worked for 1 person who says it works on a video. I'm very into herbs and vitamins. And have been for over 3 decades. I choose the choices that have worked for hundreds of years from all over the world from all my studies.

A word of advice: research fast hair growth fortified shampoo.
Stop drinking coffee ladies..makes you hair fall out
Wait what? I thought caffeine was a good stimulate for the scalp?
