In mid-late '94, I saw the video for 'Time Bomb,' followed by something from Green Day and even a quick still shot of Sid Vicious in the Oasis 'Live Forever' video on MTV - all in maybe a week or so. At age 15, I wouldn't have known anything about punk other than mohawks and street gangs from 80s movies. Went out, bought a handful of CDs from a few 70s-90s heavy hitters and within 2 months, my bedroom is covered in posters, bumper stickers and I'm wearing a GdDmn padlock around my neck. Thanks fellas.

That was nice of Davey Havok to stop by after work and sing a song with Rancid.
Amazing how different the set list is from 1994 to 1995. They must have been writing all the time every day
