- The S23 Ultra offers a handful of updates and a new main camera sensor. Performance - delivered by a custom Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset - is whip fast. The updated camera system is capable of stunning feats. And a couple of small tweaks - the phone’s slightly reshaped side rails and screen - have a big impact on the device’s likability. Looking at the S22 Ultra and S23 Ultra side by side, you’ll see the slightly different shape on this year’s model - a display with a little less curve at the edges and side rails that are flatter. The screen is still a 6.8-inch 1440p LTPO OLED panel with a top 120Hz refresh rate. There are, of course, all the other trappings of a high-end phone: a robust IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, all flavors of 5G, wireless charging, fast 45W wired charging (charger not included), and built-in storage of at least 256GB - Samsung doubled the base-model storage this year.
The S23 Ultra has the same 5,000mAh battery capacity as last year, but Samsung claims that battery performance is improved, thanks to the processor upgrade - it’s theoretically more battery-efficient than its predecessor - and some tweaks to the display. The Galaxy Note lives on in the S23 Ultra by way of its embedded S Pen stylus. There are no major updates to the S Pen or its features this time around, though the slightly flatter screen edges are designed to provide more surface area for writing. Something that anyone can enjoy about Samsung’s software, though, is that it comes with a great support policy: four years of OS updates and five years of security updates. The S23 Ultra offers one of the most powerful mobile camera systems money can buy. It comes with both a 3x and 10x telephoto lens, an ultrawide, and of course, that shiny new 200-megapixel main camera. It’s capable of images that I honestly can’t believe I took with a smartphone, especially from the 10x to 30x zoom range.
The 256GB iPhone 14 Pro Max (review) costs Rs 1,49,900 while I bought the Galaxy S23 Ultra with 256GB of storage for Rs 1,27,998, this includes the Samsung Watch 4 Classic LTE (46mm), Galaxy Buds 2, Samsung’s wireless charging pad, and a 25W fast charging adapter. Samsung doesn’t include a charger in the box, but as a part of my pre-order, I got a free adapter and even a wireless charging pad. Coming back to the Watch, it had features like LTE connectivity, Google Play Store support, and it even has features like a BP monitor and a heart rate sensor, although these features are disabled in India.

I loved my S21 Ultra snap dragon, that's what made me come back to Samsung.
S22 Ultra was a tweaked version of the S21 Ultra and hated the body style of the S22, which wasn't even worth looking at switching from the S21.
But the completely new S23 Ultra under the hood, besides the similar body style and camera layout of the S22, which the S23 Ulra has bigger lens, is a new beast!!

The jump from the s20 ultra to the s21 ultra was significant especially in terms of the camera s21 ultra at 100× is more than usable u can still read text from far away where the s20 ultra at 100× zoom looked cartoonish.
This is the jump between S21 Ultra and S23 Ultra.

Hi, S21 ultra portrait video is 1080p in my phone and i can't record 4k using portrait mode...tell me d settings plz
In S21 Ultra, we can't change the video quality for portrait videos. It's in 1920x1080 resolution in default.
Migrating from an S21 Ultra (Exynos) to the S23 Ultra, and by the way, I will notice a lot of improvements, also in the cameras. Thanks for the great comparison.

Can you compare the 8k video between this two.
Currently 8K videos are not supported on any android editing software..that's why I haven't added 8K video...It can only be edited on laptops using Adobe premiere pro cc. The only difference between the two is that S21 Ultra can record 8k at 24fps and the video is a bit laggy due to that framerate. But S23 Ultra cab record upto 8K 30fps, So it's comparatively better and the video is usable.

Aah sorry...But that is a focused picture in S21 Ultra. When we take it while focusing in an area, the focus in apple to that particular area and the other portions go out of focus...you can zoom at the center portion and find that it's focused on that part. We took the closeup photos after focusing and checked before uploading and that was the result after comparing different samples.

No, it's neither both....After the updates many people have focusing issues in S21 Ultra Camera...you can find it in reddit. When we open the main camera in 1x Zoom level the camera won't focus..

If someone tells me they honestly would want a S23 in their hand over a S21, I simply don't believe them. Display on the S21U is better, The camera does not show enough of a improvement to get me to overlook a worse Display on the S23U. Also the S21U offers 16gb over the 12gb on the S23U, Not much of a Upgrade really and TWO generations up? Kinda sad.
You are totally wrong...I'm using both these phones so I know the difference. S21 Ultra have 10M colors in it's display whereas S23 Ultra have 1B colors and that can be found easily in the photos and videos on each phone. Also another main improvement is in the camera quality both in the zoom levels quality, video super steady, Normal photo and video color and background blur, lowlight photo etc...Like I have shown in the video we can easily find the big change in the camera. And also other minor improvements. So for people who prioritise camera, it's a good upgrade..But like you said when we compare the overall changes then S21 Ultra users can wait for S24 Ultra or S25 Ultra to find any major changes for an upgradation.
@@fusionstudios2k19 You are actually wrong, I can visually see the S23U display is not as good. ALL review videos prove this and some reviewers will try and cycle through images fast so you don't notice.... 100% sure the S23U Display has ZERO improvement and is most certainly a downgrade. It is also proven the S21U is FAR more durable in drops or accidents. I actually feel bad for people that give up their S21U for the S22U or S23U. I turned down a free upgrade myself so i could keep my S21U
S21 Ultra have rounded corners compared to S22 Ultra and S23 Ultra. So in drops test it might get cracks faster. But if you check all the spectrum colors, we can find the photos have a better dynamic range while comparing both S21 Ultra and S23 Ultra....I'm telling you this confidently...because I'm using both these phones and taking photos and videos a lot. So I knw the difference first hand.
