My first PC was actually from Skytech, probably like 10 years ago, before I got into building PCs. It was actually very solid in build quality, and a fair price.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: You're the only tech channel that includes shipping charges on your final cost. All other major channels just handwave that away, which is unrealistic for a true budget and sets bad expectations/precedent. Thank you for keeping it real with all costs involved.

Im honestly impressed with how well they both performed, all things considered. It doesnt come close to my DIY build ryzen 5, xfx 6800XT, and 32gig ddr4, but color me surprised that they ran AAA fairly smooth.
When all is said and done you get what you pay for. I will never buy a prebuilt PC again. There is more satisfaction with putting something together. Plus, you learn new things with the designs of the cases and internal components that go into a PC. Even though Amazon has gotten watered down with a lot of garbage, I would still by from Amazon before Temu. Excellent video guys. Thank you!!!. I have a weird question for you all. Do you ever have issues with games on steam crashing after a new build? I just built a new Ryzen 7 7700x with a RX 7900 GRE, 32gigs of DDR5 ram, all temps are good, and every time I start a game, it crashes after a few minutes. I have done everything I can think of to remedy this issue, and I'm out of ideas. Plenty of PSU power, all drivers are updated, Windows is up to date, and I've even done a fresh reboot of windows.
Graphic driver? I had this issue on a few games on a recent setup- using the latest automatically installed AMD driver (and software); but this was causing issue. Using an older driver and now no issues
Just switch the gpu's i3 10th gen with rtx 2060 super and i 7 3rd gen with gtx 1650 cause the pain of bottleneck i feel is too much with the orignal pairing

It is crazy how the DDR3 system did better over all than the 7 generation newer Intel machine. That blows my mind but also shows the higher GPU and more ram works better with a older cpu but with a higher clock speed. I've got a system with the 4790k and gonna compare it to a 6500 i5 with both 16 gigs of ram.

You could get something like a 5600X + RX 6600 + 16GB DDR4 + 1TB SSD For around 770-850$ and it be pretty good for 1080p gaming, but if you are interested in streaming, I could recommend a 5700X (2 more cores), RTX 3060 12GB (NVENC for streaming) + 32GB DDR4 + 1TB SSD and it would be around $950-1,000$ or cheaper, depends if you get it on amazon or microcenter.
The Skytech is upgradable where the STGs 4th gen with ddr3 are closer to e-waste realistically. Your better off buying a PC from these guys or doing a budget build using 12th gen if you're going for Intel.

Small case, with big gpu that warms it. works fine to bring fresh air to the cpu, and lower warm air going up and out from gpu, horizontal mount. On air for everything btw. I guess air global outtake temp must be around 60°+ degrees, with hand on it. Is this efficient, no clue. works, relatively cool.
