It’s like having anxiety brain fog and the flu all at the same time
FYI if you’ve been drinking for 35 years, it’s not going to end in 9 days. It’s been 3 weeks for me and I am still depressed and exhausted.😂
I’ve quit coffee it’s been 9 days my head hurts I’m always getting head rushes all the time and going outside feels like I’m going to pass out it never ends!
Omg i quite coffee it’s been 9 days my head hurts I’m always getting head rushes out of nowhere and always feel like I’m going to pass out
3:17 is where he says the withdrawal symptoms, it’s pretty much what I’ve been experiencing but it also makes me very, very anxious.
Imagine this: i stopped drinking coffee AND also lowered the dose of my SSRI drug... An experience like no other. Thank god i didn't ditch SSRI cold turkey & just lowered the dose.
Thanks 💪🏼
taper off with decaf and Teeccino herbal coffee mixed with your daily grind, ultimately it's easier than trying to skip a cup or going cold turkey
I love the way coffee taste but the reason I drink coffee is mostly because I try to boost my focus and getting a rid of exhaustion. However in the long run I realize that when the caffeine effect dissapears after 6 hours I instead feel more exhausted, my thought goes racing and making it difficult to focus. The situation actually gets worse than before I drink coffee
I agree with you. I also really like the taste of coffee but if I drink it in the morning, it usually means I'm going to crash, take a nap after lunch, and mess up my whole sleep schedule. 😮💨
I am weaning off caffeine and even while weaning off I have withdrawel symptoms. I have flu like symptoms, tired, irritable, headache, temptation is everywere and I am craving coffee right now. Tomorrow would be my first day without any coffee. I am so scared of the withdrawel symptoms, but if it is just headaches, then I will be able to deal with them
I am having these symptoms right now I googled why this happening and I realize I haven't had for two days and I can't even read there is irritability in my eyes and head I am feeling right tried to play APEX guess what can't even see clearly others are feeling so fast right now!!! thanks
What about stomach cramp and mild depression?. Frequent urination? Intense hunger?
Yes, to be expected. Pretty similar to SSRI withdrawal symptoms actually, just not as intense...
Just use acetyl carnitine n stop the caffine drink u are using
Superb.
I quitted but started again
