    Sorghum recipes
    Sorghum is rich in antioxidants and minerals and vitamins and very good in fiber content and hence very much suitable for diabetic people. The same batter shown in this recipe can be used for making dosas and paniyaram or paddu. This idli taste good and pairs well with Sambar ,chutney or chutney powder.

      Yes, you can grind it very smooth if you need to make just dosas, else fine rava consistency to make both idli and dosa using same batter, day 1 batter best for idlies and day 2 batter best suits for dosa.
