    Sis one doubt. Chollam matum oora Vaiththu araiththu idli ooththum bothu idli maavukooda seththikkalama. Yeppa idli ooththaramo appa cholam arachchu seththikkalama. Illai cholamum araiththu 6hrs pulikkavaikavenduma Sis.

      3 cups sorghum
      1 cup par boiled rice
      Wash and soak.. in separate utensil wash 1 or 1.25 cup urad dal add 1 t spoon methi seeds..
      Soak for 6-7 hrs and grind to smooth paste... ferment and make idlies
