    Hi Beth! What about the use of oxandrolone to strength the atrophy muscles. And power plate? Would it help?

    So... Key element. You can't do this stretch while sitting. That only stretches one of the two calf muscles. And it means that the other muscle will mess you up and your time stretching will be wasted. So, definitely do this! But I tell people to get on their phone and waste some time, but they have to stand up!
