- I had a nice evening walking 2km across Bangkok, Thailand. From the Terminal 21 area to my condo in Phrom Phong.
Here's a few links for my favorite credit cards. I try to check the links often, but let me know if there is a problem. If they change the offer on the card, I may need to update the link. Full disclosure, I get a few airline miles for referring a new customer. You should get the same public offer at no additional cost. Thank you very much.

Glad you enjoyed it. More to come
Good morning/evening Joe!
Hello there
Little italy i was told is owned by an austrian outfit.. great food. Giant frosty beer glases and good service
Nice to know. Decent food. Especially at 2am
I literally take notes during your videos.😂
Ha ha. Glad I can save you a few moments trying to find your way in a new town. I'm lost in Tokyo today. I haven't been here in 10 years. I need to watch a Tokyo street tour.
I'm currently living in Manila and use motorcycle taxis often. I thought about your knees comment yesterday and held them in 😂
Might I also add to keep elbows in as well, especially if you're hanging onto the back of the motorcycle with 1 hand. They're constantly zooming and/or riding between jeepneys and big trucks and you don't want to get your funnybone clipped 😭
Ya, I clipped a knee a decade ago. That wasn't fun
great video.....yes..if traveling...eat local food.......but i will try MCDONALDS once to compare it with US/EUROPEAN ......thanks for info about the motor bikes /water taxi the other day
I like me some McDonald's fries once in a while.
For some reason, I was kinda giving up on moving to Thailand. Your videos have convinced me to take another look. I plan on doing a 3 month explore trip in October 2025 and might move a year after that. I hope to have my permanent residency in Ecuador next May, but I can't be outside the country more than 6 months a year for the next 2 years, and that's why the delay. I have too much time and $$$ to just walk away. I hope the Thai retirement visa doesn't change too much. I may kick myself for having to wait. Thanks again for great vids!
Sounds like a plan. Maybe Thailand half the year and Ecuador the other. Come take a look.
I ave soo much fun ❤
Thanks for watching
yup . it is caleld Street Pizza Gordon Ramsay. i was therer yesterday. not bad. fair prices
I'll have to check that out
Crossing over suhkhumvit lots of times I cross at the bts stations because many have an escalator up although you have to walk up about 4 steps I assume this design is because of rain also there is usually an elevator when it is working. Also many of the malls and hotels will have an escalator or elevator up to the walkways. This comes in handy if you have luggage 😊or bags in tow or are tied of walking especially on a hot or muggy day.
They do a nice job. Every station also has an elevator. Although sometimes it's hidden
@@EagerExpat yep I have noticed the one on the south side of the nana bts is actually connected to a building that people can walk by and not know it is there unless you know about it.
Have many people been successful with lifting the drill bit mate?
I have no idea. I've heard it has been done a few times. But, it's pretty heavy
Greetings from Denmark. Do you ever meet Danes in Bangkok, Thailand is quite popular as a vacation and retirement destination for Danes. Lonely Danish men also find husbands and wives in Thailand. I made the first comment, skål!
I meet some Danes. Many Danish folks like Pattaya and Jomtien

Ha ha. Thanks for watching
Maybe take a tuk tuk from Nana to Chinatown?
I took one from MBK to Chinatown. That video is out
Oil rig worker's etc certainly like to enjoy themselves with a few beers when they've got a few weeks off.
Yes, that's a hard job. I'd party pretty hard too.
That corner where the video started, is there always a lady selling orange juice?
I'm not sure. It seems there is a juice lady every 15 feet
@@EagerExpat True, and Thailand has some great fresh orange juice
Did I hear you correctly that it was about $10 to eat out American food in Bangkok cuz that's the way cheaper than what I'm paying for just chicken tenders here in America 18 to 20 bucks for that and then they're going to charge you another five bucks for the drink I can't generally get out of a restaurant without paying less than $30
Yes, things are changing fast in the US. You can get a nice Western meal under 15 bucks here. A nice Thai meal is 5 bucks or less
